Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms, though a missing bathroom doorknob was a bit inconvenient for our group of four. The presence of microwave and fridge was a nice touch, even though there were no batteries for some amenities. The service was a mix of accommodating friendliness and some challenges when addressing cleanliness concerns. The location was very convenient for my visit's purpose, despite the lack of nearby attractions in Bellvue. While the grab-and-go dining options were limited, the overall experience was tolerable. Facilities offered basic amenities, though some maintenance issues were noticeable. Wi-Fi was available at an additional cost.
My stay at Bellevue Hotel and Suites, which I have humorously named Hellvue Hotel and Suites, late on 6/30, was a mixed experience. The rooms had one main bedroom that served as the entertaining area, but the second bed area was cramped and housed a very loud AC unit. The prices for the rooms were attractive, and the staff, especially the front desk guy, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice, and I enjoyed a good laugh during my stay.
I truly felt at home in this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, creating a cozy atmosphere, especially the regular room which I found nicer than the suite. The service was a mixed bag with some incredible moments and a lack of professionalism in others. The location was excellent for my needs, being conveniently close to Cedar Point, Sandusky, and Kalahari Waterpark while still offering charming countryside drives to Amish Country or Cleveland. The dining options were a bit carb-heavy and disappointing, but the facilities overall were decent.
